neighbouring islands and migrating pods of humpback whales (from
January until May).
Located on the seventh floor of the Resort, the
suite is 5,000 square feet (464 square metres).
The classic and opulent living room has a complete
entertainment system with recessed lighting, high ceilings and antique
carpets; the dining room seats twelve guests with service provided
from the adjacent "butler kitchen"; and the marble master bathroom has
both a whirlpool tub and a dry sauna.

Thursday and Saturday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Contemporary music
featuring Maui's premier musicians is played Monday through Saturday
from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. |

Pacific Grill's rotisserie, wok and grill items from the Pacific Rim
are favoured fare in the evening. These dishes combine flavours from
the East and West with those of Hawaii to create a fusion fantasy.

The Wolfgang Puck
Fine Dining Group will open a new Spago at Four Seasons Resort Maui at
Wailea in December 2001. Utilizing a contemporary approach to
traditional Asian design, the restaurant environment will be
completely transformed. The d}cor will feature unique stone and woods,
custom lighting and glass, exotic textures and art pieces. A stunning
bar and intimate lounge area will be added to the dynamic new space,
which will allow guests to enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the
Pacific Ocean and Wailea Beach. The Spago dining room will accommodate
180 guests, including lanai seating for 70, and additional private
dining for up to 70 guests. The restaurant will also host special
events at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner will be served nightly
from 5:30 pm. |
